Online booking may incur up to a 20% fee for cancellations.
Cancellations within 24hrs of departure are not eligible for a refund.
No refund shall be given should the vessel sail without you at the advertised time.
Should the trip be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control and you are unable to transfer your booking we will refund your fare.
All trips may be cancelled without notice, in the event of adverse weather conditions. Tour operators reserve the right to substitute another vessel in the event of unavailability of the advertised vessel.

Vagabond Cruises:
Minimum 14 days notice is required for a full refund to apply, there's no refunds for cancellations after this period, change of mind or no shows on the day of the cruise. Pre- Booking is essential.
•Child rate = 5-14 yrs
•Concession rate = Australian seniors/pensioners & full time students
•Family rate = 2 adults + 2 children
•Full payment is due on booking
•There is no refund for no shows
•Tickets & monies are non-refundable & non-transferable unless the cruise is cancelled
•A 3% credit card fee will apply if you have paid by AMEX/DINERS credit card
•Your ticket is valid for the day of the booking only
•Please arrive at departure point 15 minutes prior to departure time
•Surcharge will apply on Public Holidays
•Special Cruises, Prices and Terms & Conditions apply for 25th, 26th & 31st December & 26 January
Oz Whale Watching Sydney:
If you don't see whales you get a return trip free of charge.
If cruise is cancelled by Oz Whale Watching then clients are entitled to a refund or reschedule for another day.
If customer cancels within 48hrs of departure or no shows, no refund is available.

48 hours notice of cancellation is required or 100% of fare is payable. Failure to board will incur 100% of fare. The Discovery Group reserves the right to operate substitute vehicles, amend tour timings and itinerary without prior notification. Minimum numbers apply. Prices are subject to change and a surcharge is applied to all tours over public holiday periods. Directors, management and staff shall not be responsible or liable for death of or injury to any person, or loss of / damage to any property due to persons negligence.
