Bookings cancelled more than 48 hrs prior to departure will incur no cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled between 24 - 48 hrs prior to departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled less than 24 hrs prior to departure or failure to board the tour will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Non utilised components not refunded.

Vagabond Cruises:

Minimum 14 days notice is required for a full refund to apply, there's no refunds for cancellations after this period, change of mind or no shows on the day of the cruise. Pre- Booking is essential. •Child rate = 5-14 yrs •Concession rate = Australian seniors/pensioners & full time students •Family rate = 2 adults + 2 children •Full payment is due on booking •There is no refund for no shows •Tickets & monies are non-refundable & non-transferable unless the cruise is cancelled •A 3% credit card fee will apply if you have paid by AMEX/DINERS credit card •Your ticket is valid for the day of the booking only •Please arrive at departure point 15 minutes prior to departure time •Surcharge will apply on Public Holidays •Special Cruises, Prices and Terms & Conditions apply for 25th, 26th & 31st December & 26 January

Ultimately Sydney:

No refund will be paid for bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time or in a no-show situation. A 10% fee applies to all other cancellations.
