Guest cancellation of any tour, in less than 48 hours prior to tour departure time will result in a 50% refund of tour farepaid. Cancellation within 24 hours of tour departure or failure to take up a tour will result in a total forfeiture of the tour fare.

No fees if cancelled 24 hours prior departure.
No refund after that.

Standard day tour: If you cancel within 24 hours prior to departure, including missed departure, 100% cancellation fee applies, if you cancel 24-48 hours prior to departure, 50% fee applies
For private tours and charters – If you cancel within 48 hours prior to departure, including missed departure, 100% cancellation fee applies, if you cancel 48-72 hours prior to departure, 50% fee applies.
Change of date request is subject to availability and management discretion.

Explore Australia will not be held responsible for guests failing to familiarise themselves with the booking terms and conditions.
Cancellations within 48 hours or failure to board on the day of tour, will result in 100% full fare forfeiture.
No changes can be made within 48 hours of departure; however, you can transfer your booking to another person, and we must be advised of the name change.
